Cookies

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This page explains how nodeendpoint-tools.digital uses cookies and similar storage.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use browser localStorage for your cookie preference choice so the banner does not reappear unnecessarily.

Types we use

Essential — required for basic site behavior such as remembering cookie consent. Analytics — optional measurements of aggregated traffic that help us understand which educational pages are useful. Rejecting analytics does not block courses, forms, or navigation.

Cookies table

Name Purpose Duration Provider
nodeendpoint_tools_cookie_consent Stores Accept or Reject choice for the banner Until cleared (localStorage) Nodeendpoint Tools
net_session Maintains basic load-balancer affinity when enabled by hosting Session Hosting provider
_net_analytics Aggregated page view counts (only if Accept is chosen) 6 months Nodeendpoint Tools analytics

How to manage or disable cookies

Use Accept or Reject on our banner. You can also clear site data in your browser settings or block cookies entirely. Blocking essential storage may cause the banner to reappear on each visit.

Third-party cookies

Embedded fonts or images loaded from third-party CDNs may set their own technical cookies according to those providers’ policies. We do not control those independently.

Impact of disabling

Rejecting analytics leaves the site fully usable. Disabling all cookies and localStorage may reset preferences and, depending on your browser, affect other sites as well.
